Excede® DMS® version 9.17
Procede Software® is pleased to announce the general release of Excede® DMS version 9.17. After beta testing with select users, the software is now available to all customers to upgrade. Excede DMS version 9.17 integrates the most current Microsoft® software technology advancements, offers new features and enhancements, and incorporates manufacturer-based initiatives.
Key features, enhancements and manufacturer-based initiatives
- New Vendor Parts Rebates feature that provides systematic calculation and tracking of vendor-eligible rebates.
- Enhanced user interface that provides more control over the screen layout, making it more customizable and easier to use.
- Improved Crystal Reports® Document Output that provides additional automation for gathering forms and reports parameter requirements and an easier set up process for adding new forms and reports.
- Improved control over workspace permissions that prevents back-counter access to the default delete rights setting without explicit permission.
- Improved System Notifications that includes a more prominent output display and allows for a single source of all system warnings, messages, and status indications.
- New DTNA Vital Insight integration allows for data extraction of parts and service invoice information. Data can be automatically delivered via FTP protocols.
- New Navistar Fleet Charge Credit Authorizations feature provides added purchase policy validation.
- New Vendor Payments Settlement import wizard automates the collection of vendor payments and eliminates hours of data entry. Available for DTNA Pinnacle and Navistar Fleet Charge.
