1. Do you have full-time on-staff on-site IT support? If not, please describe your IT support. For example is the dealership IT solution capable of SQL database administration?
2. Can you provide Procede with a hardware manifest, including complete list of PCs and their Operating System / Service Pack configuration?
3. Do you use Active Directory Group Policy to manage user accounts, hardware, and software deployment on your network? Specifically, does the network admin currently have an automated method for deploying software and other necessary components that are necessary for the v9.17 upgrade?
4.Do you have a Crystal Report developer on staff? Available? This person will be required to perform any necessary Crystal Report upgrades and/or modifications that may be required due to the Excede DMS upgrade?
5. Describe your SQL Server:
a. Operating System version and bit-version (32 or 64 bit?)
b. Amount of RAM
