System Administrator

Job Description: The System Administrator will work closely with all business units within the organization to develop and deploy technical solutions both internally and externally. The SA will evaluate all solutions for cost and time requirements, help introduce new and effective technologies and methods, and act as a champion for deployment efficiencies. The SA may both manage a project from start-to-finish, as well as perform tactical, hands-on activities. The SA will assist with building out, maintaining, and troubleshooting Procede’s wide variety of internal and external products, solutions, and services, including (but not limited to) – Hosted Services, product release deployments, customer server requirements, and Procede’s internal desktop and server environments. Crystal Reports Developer

Job Description: The Crystal Reports Developer (CRD) is responsible for modifying existing and creating new forms and reports within Crystal Reports. All forms/reports will connect to an MS SQL backend database, and familiarity with SQL and ability to interpret, modify, and create advanced SQL Views and Stored Procedures is required. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills and be comfortable evaluating custom reporting needs with end users of all levels. Integrations & Applications Deployment Specialist

Type: Salaried/Full Time  

Compensation: DOE

Job Description: The Integrations & Applications Deployment Specialist will work directly with Procede customers to implement new integrations and products, and to install updates to existing deployments. This vital role will require a fast learner who can interpret and follow (sometimes minimal) instructions provided by the Product team that describe an integration/application and its installation requirements. The candidate must then be able to develop a deployment plan to distribute the new/updated version to all affected customers. Our integrations and applications involve a variety of technologies and require a knowledge of and hands-on experience with Internet Information Services (IIS), Windows Scheduled Tasks, Windows Console Applications, Web Services, SQL Server stored procedures, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), FTP data transmissions, Group Policy Objects, TCP/IP networks, etc. The ideal candidate is expected to be well organized and capable of managing a large number of deployment projects at any given time. This role will primarily work independently in an unstructured environment to develop company deployment processes and guidelines. Because integrations/applications are installed in customer live production environments, extreme attention to detail and ability to establish a disaster recovery/rollback plan are critical.
