Application Systems Consultant

Type: Salaried/Full Time

Compensation: $40,000 - $65,000

Job Description: Manages and coordinates the implementation of the organization’s clients acting as a liaison between Procede Software and the client project manager. Participates in on-going customer support and assists with product release testing and documentation as needed.

Support Services Consultant

Type: Salaried/Full Time

Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000

Number of Openings: 2

Job Description: Responsible for front-line support for all Procede Software customers across all of Procede’s core and add-on products/integrations. Provides effective diagnostic evaluation of customer and end-user needs, and in all cases, uses good judgment and timeliness in responding to and resolving each issue or complaint. Resolution includes but is not limited to the following: Identify, research, and resolve technical problems, timely response to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for support.
