Procede's technical staff have considerable expertise in the development of custom forms and reports for the dealership. We work closely with dealership staff to present the capabilites of our forms and reporting capabilities and ensure the end result meets dealership expectations.

Forms represent documents presented to customers. Examples are Parts Invoices, Service Orders, Account Statements, etc. Because of their visual nature it is important that forms state the obvious - the dealership is a professional organization presenting information in a clear, concise manner.

Reports are printed output utilized by dealership staff; specifically managers and dealer principals. The Excede™ DMS maintains large amounts of operational data allowing dealerships to develop reports focused on specific business activities.

Procede utilizes Crystal Reports 2008 for creating custom forms and reports. Crystal Reports 2008 is a full featured report writer with the following:

Microsoft™ Office

Procede utilizes Microsoft™ Office products for creating custom forms and reports requiring specialized formatting inherent to these products. Examples are financial statements and mail merge applications.
