The Excede™ Add-ons are extension products that enhance the Excede™ DMS capabilities by targeting specific dealership operations. Excede™ Add-ons are very applicable for large, high volume dealerships.

ServiceBoard

ServiceBoard is a multi-view application with Excede™ DMS integration assisting the service department in scheduling work, managing work in progress and updating customers regarding work in progress status.

RSS Alerts

RSS Alerts are Excede™ DMS business rule exceptions published utilizing RSS feeds. Users subscribe to feeds of interest for real time notifications using Windows™ messaging, cell phones and web browsers. Some RSS Alerts are:

  • eDealer Parts Order submission
  • Customer credit situations
  • Customer on site notification
  • Parts pricing overrides

eDealer

eDealer is a web template with Excede™ Dealer Management System integration providing dealerships a means to easily build a web presence. Major components of eDealer are:

  • Customer Parts Access including Parts lookup, Parts Order entry and Parts Invoice history lookup
  • Customer Service Scheduling, Work in Process review and Service Order history lookup
  • Customer Account inquiry and invoice/statement printing
  • Vehicle Inventory display

CRM

CRM is a multi-view application with Excede™ DMS integration allowing dealerships to manage customer contacts from a central point.
