Procede's staff have extensive experience in the development, implementation and support of dealership software. Our staff average 6 years of service providing substantial experience in both the capabilities of our solutions and dealership operations.
Our customer set is commercial vehicle dealerships: truck, trailer, bus and equipment dealerships. Our customer set has provided us the opportunity to work with many leading dealerships and gain experience from their operations over many years. We turn that experience into expertise that we offer to our customers as services.
All staff:
- are strongly encouraged to participate in on-going company sponsored education to upgrade skills and knowledge
- regularly attend industry functions to recognize industry trends and maintain partner relationships
- host an annual partner conference to meet with customers and manufacturers to share ideas and gain insights for future product direction
In addition, Procede's development staff:
- are required to maintain their Microsoft™ certifications
- spend 33% of development time on R&D projects
- must actively involve Procede consultants and customers in development projects
