Procede Software is located in San Diego, California. The
company, founded in 1989, has been formed around a comprehensive
single solution to the industry's business system needs.
Procede's approach is to demonstrate how a business can run
just one operating system to support all dealership software
functions. Our core product is a Windows, scalable
system that can grow with the dealership whether it is a
single store or a business with multiple franchises , multiple
locations or hundreds of users. Procede Software continues
to grow and expand it's share in the DMS marketplace. We

Procede Today
The company is a member of STAR (Standards for Technology
in Automotive Retail), the non-profit initiative involving
NADA, automotive retailers, and retail system providers.
Procede's product is Star-compliant, meaning it embraces
the latest level of industry goals for design standards.
Important, as well, is the Manufacturer's certification,
which can be an indication the software has integrity and
has addressed performance issues from their perspective.
The business-to-business interface between the dealership
and the manufacturer has been problematic for software
vendors in the past, and one of the primary benefits of
Procede's dealership system is the seamless interface with
the manufacturer's computers.
The company started with a business management system for
truck and equipment dealerships. Our approach to information
processing for dealerships has been to build solutions using
Microsoft Windows technology. Procede Software is currently
