The technical team will address FAQ’s about recommended hardware for current and upcoming versions of Excede DMS.

These webinars will be presented online with audio broadcast via the internet. Attendees should have a computer sound card as well as speakers or headphones. Q: Who should attend?
A: Encourage at least one person from each department/dealership to attend each webinar or suggest that a group watch and listen together in one room.

Q: What equipment is necessary?
A: Attendees will need a computer with an installed soundcard and speakers or headphones. IE is the recommended browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled (Mozilla Firefox is not compatible). If possible, attend the webinar(s) from an office or training room computer away from your workstation. Q: How do I participate?
A: Due to the large number of expected participants, all attendees will be muted. At the end of each webinar, the dial in instructions will be provided to those attendees that “Request” to join the teleconference. Some presenters may also invite attendees to participate using the chat, polls, and Q&A tools within WebEx.

Q: Are there any prerequisites to attend?
