2026 Procede Software Conference (PSC) FAQs

General Information
When and where is the Procede Software Conference (PSC)?
The 2026 PSC takes place from Monday, September 21st to Wednesday, September 23rd, at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront located at 1 Park Boulevard, San Diego, CA 92101.
There will be an optional Meet & Greet on Monday, September 21st at 6:00 p.m.
What is the weather like in San Diego in September?
San Diego typically enjoys mild weather in September, with average temperatures ranging from 65°F to 75°F. We recommend bringing a light jacket for cooler evenings.
Registration
When should I register?
Registration is officially open! Please contact marketing@procedesoftware.com for a link to register.
How much does it cost to attend?
Standard PSC registration fee is $1295 per attendee. Participants are responsible for their own hotel, flights, and transportation.
Can I update or change my session selections after registering?
Yes, session selections can be updated through the conference app or registration portal until August 17, 2026. After that date, changes may be made on-site, pending availability.
Will there be any opportunities for one-on-one meetings with Procede Software representatives?
You will have the opportunity to schedule a one-on-one meeting with Procede Software representatives at the time of registration. It is under “make an appointment”.
What is the conference cancellation policy?
- Cancellations on or before August 1, 2026, will receive a full refund of registration fees less a $45 processing and administrative fee.
- Cancellations after August 1, 2026, will receive a 50% refund of registration fees.
- Cancellations after August 17, 2026, will not be eligible for a refund.
Procede Software will not reimburse for travel or accommodations booked in conjunction with the conference. Attendees are responsible for canceling their own hotel and flight reservations, and refunds will be subject to the rules of the carrier.
Travel and Accommodation
What are the recommended arrival and departure dates for the conference?
We encourage you to arrive early on Monday, September 21st, so you have time to settle in. The conference kicks off Monday evening, September 21st, with an optional Welcome Reception at 6:00 p.m. and will end with the closing reception on Wednesday evening.
Am I responsible for booking my own flight?
Yes, you will need to book your own flight. The San Diego International Airport (SAN) is approximately 3 miles from Hilton San Diego Bayfront.
Am I responsible for booking my own hotel reservation?
Yes, you are responsible for booking your own hotel. Our room block is at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes a link to book your hotel. You can book directly through your registration portal prior to the August 21, 2026 deadline.
Can I extend my hotel stay?
Your hotel stay can be extended pending room availability. Please contact the hotel directly or manage your reservation through the reservation portal. You will be responsible for covering all costs for your room and incidentals. Please note, the room rate for extended dates may differ from the negotiated conference rate.
Are there any transportation options from the airport to the hotel?
Taxis, Uber, and Lyft are all readily available at San Diego International Airport (SAN). The hotel is about a 10 – 15 minute drive. Shuttle service is not provided by the hotel or the conference.
Conference Logistics
How do I access the conference sessions and check in on-site?
Upon arrival, please check in at the PSC Registration Desk (during designated registration times) on Level 2 in the Indigo West Foyer to receive your badge and conference materials. Your badge is required for access to all sessions and events. You will also find your conference sessions inside the Procede Software Conference App.
Will there be Wi-Fi available for conference attendees?
Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available in the conference area.
What is the attire?
We recommend wearing Dealership Casual, which includes smart jeans and a collared shirt, or more upscale attire if you wish.
Is the facility handicap-accessible?
Yes. This hotel is committed to making its facilities, amenities, and services accessible to guests with disabilities. If you have any special requests, please include them in the hotel registration portal or contact the Hilton San Diego Bayfront directly before your stay.
What should I bring?
Please bring business cards, your cell phone and/or laptop, and any questions, new ideas, or suggestions for improvement.
Meals and Dietary Needs
What meals are included with registration?
PSC registration includes access to meals during the event, including:
- Monday Meet & Greet Reception – Beer, wine, and light hors d’oeuvres
- Daily breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday
- Lunch buffet on Tuesday and Wednesday
- Tuesday Evening Mixer – Beer, wine, and light hors d’oeuvres
- Wednesday Evening Reception – Cocktails and heavy appetizers
What should I do if I have dietary restrictions or special needs?
Please indicate any dietary restrictions or special needs during the registration process or contact marketing@procedesoftware.com at least three weeks before the conference to ensure accommodations can be made.
Networking and Social Events
What networking opportunities are available?
In addition to the Welcome Reception and Hosted Happy Hour, attendees can network during session breaks, meals, and within the PSC App through chat and activity feeds.
