Reflecting on 2025 and Looking Ahead…

As 2025 comes to an end, I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to you, our customers, partners, and industry friends. This year’s PSC theme, Execute & Elevate, captured exactly what we set out to do from the start: execute with focus, discipline, and accountability, and elevate our core DMS, our solutions, our customer service, and the value we bring to your dealerships every day.

Throughout the year, our teams committed themselves to this purpose. We executed on the priorities you helped identify, strengthened our internal processes, and advanced the Excede platform, including the introduction of Procede Intelligence (PI), our artificial intelligence initiative. We significantly expanded integrations through our API strategy, introduced multiple next-generation solutions, and continued to invest in our people. And we elevated the overall experience we deliver, whether through improved functionality, new capabilities, better communication, enhancements in customer support, or the countless behind-the-scenes efforts that help your dealerships run smoothly every day.

Our Procede philosophy has remained consistent: listen closely, invest deeply, and deliver meaningful value. That commitment is unchanged. Your trust in us is something we never take for granted, and your ongoing feedback continues to shape our roadmap and guide our decisions.

This year, we worked side-by-side with many of you to strengthen integrations, optimize workflows, and ensure Excede keeps pace with the evolving needs of the commercial vehicle industry. In every conversation, onsite visit, call, conference, and customer roundtable, we heard your priorities clearly: reliability, performance, openness, and continued innovation. We remain focused on delivering exactly that.

As we look ahead to 2026, our new theme is Go, Grow & Thrive. It reflects our commitment to helping your dealerships grow stronger, operate more efficiently, and thrive in an industry that continues to evolve rapidly. In 2026, we remain committed to:
