Announcing Lease Rental Plus v3.1

As part of Procede’s comprehensive Lease Rental solution, Lease Rental Plus extends Excede’s native lease and rental functionality with centralized contract management and billing, eliminating disconnected workflows and duplicate data entry. By providing real-time visibility into units, contracts, and charges, Lease Rental Plus helps organizations reduce manual effort, improve billing accuracy, and drive consistency across departments while scaling lease and rental operations more efficiently.

Lease Rental Plus provides an Excede native experience that adapts to the needs of each dealer, supporting both smaller lease rental operations and complex, high-volume fleets without compromising efficiency or performance.

Key features in Lease Rental Plus include:

• Fully Embedded Experience
  Lease Rental Plus is now fully embedded within Excede, allowing users to manage lease and rental operations without switching between applications or windows.
• Redesigned Bill Prep
  A centralized and streamlined bill preparation interface provides a single view of units, charges, and integrated telematics across open lease and rental contracts, enabling faster review, easier adjustments, and efficient generation of interim or final bills at any point in the billing cycle, including one-time charges such as license fees or damages.
• Telematics Import
  For customers without integrated telematics providers, Lease Rental Plus supports importing telematics data from external files, reducing manual data entry. Existing telematics integrations have been optimized for speed and accuracy.

What’s New in Lease Rental Plus v3.1

• CPI Management
  A new CPI Management workflow lets you calculate contract rate increases based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) and apply the updated rates to active contract charges. This supports consistent, repeatable CPI-based adjustments to align with increases in the CPI.

Ready to Upgrade

Customers currently on Lease Rental Plus v3.0 will be automatically upgraded to v3.1 through the Server Application Updater. To enable access to the new CPI Management feature, follow the instructions in the Lease Rental Plus Setup Guide, or submit a support request through Procede Help for assistance.

Customers not yet on Lease Rental Plus v3.0 can schedule an upgrade by submitting a support request through Procede Help (login required). If your dealership is not yet contracted for Lease Rental Plus, our Customer Success team will assist you in reviewing your options and next steps.
