We are excited to announce the release of Parts Pick, a new Excede native solution that digitally transforms parts fulfillment with faster workflows, greater accuracy, and complete visibility throughout your business.

Parts Pick replaces paper pick tickets with a fully integrated, mobile-enabled workflow built directly into Excede. Designed through extensive dealer input, it reflects how Parts and Service teams actually work, helping your organization move parts faster while improving accountability and coordination.

With Parts Pick, your team can eliminate paper delays and bottlenecks by managing all pick requests digitally. Real-time visibility into every request ensures nothing gets lost, while configurable prioritization helps your team focus on the most urgent or high-value orders first.

Improved Parts Department Workflow

Parts Pick keeps pickers in the warehouse with real-time data synced directly to their mobile devices, reducing wasted trips, missed items, and idle time. Timestamp tracking and intelligent grouping reveal bottlenecks, highlight inefficiencies, and reduce duplicate trips by consolidating related requests automatically. Shared, live updates connect requesters, pickers, and managers, eliminating communication gaps across departments.

Built into Excede

Pick requests originate directly from Excede, including parts sales documents, repair orders, and inter-branch transfers, ensuring accuracy and consistency across workflows. A centralized web-based queue provides a real-time, configurable view of all pick requests and can be viewed within Excede or displayed in the warehouse. Pickers use an Android companion app on tablets, phones, or barcode-enabled scanners to receive assignments, update quantities, and complete picks instantly.
