Your First Procede Software Conference: A Guide to the PSC 2026

Welcome to your first Procede Software Conference! This year, we’re celebrating 25 years of growing with dealership leaders like you. If you’re wondering what to expect, how to make the most of your time, or why attending PSC matters for your dealership’s success, this guide has you covered. Let’s get you ready to Go. Grow. Thrive.
Getting There
Flights: Fly into San Diego International Airport (SAN). It’s only 3 miles from the hotel, so plan for a short 15-20 minute ride.
Ground Transportation: Book a rideshare or shuttle to get to the Hilton San Diego Bayfront.
Arrive Early: Plan to arrive on Sunday, September 20, or early Monday, September 21. This gives you time to settle in before the Welcome Reception on Monday evening.

What to Expect
PSC brings together dealership leaders from across the industry to share operational insights, see how peers are solving their biggest challenges, discover innovations in Excede DMS and our entire product suite, and build relationships that will influence your dealership’s competitive position this year.
Expect:
- Keynote sessions that set the tone for the year ahead
- Breakout sessions tailored to your department
- Live entertainment and networking events
- Access to Procede leadership, product experts, and Procede partners
During the Conference
Sessions: Breakout sessions are interactive! Come with questions and jump in. This is your chance to learn directly from experts and connect with other users facing the same challenges.
Pit Stop Expo: Head to the Indigo AE ballroom to meet with Procede Software staff, Certified Partners, and other attendees. Chat directly with Procede product experts, ask about product roadmap updates, and connect with other dealership operators who are using these solutions every day.
Meals and Receptions: Every meal and reception is a networking opportunity. Sit with people you don’t know. Some of your best insights will come from conversations with peers you haven’t met before.
Take Notes: Capture key takeaways, product updates, and names of people you want to follow up with. Your team back at the dealership will want to know what you learned.
Hallway Conversations: The best insights often come from conversations in hallways and at the expo.
Making Connections That Matter
Networking at PSC isn’t just about collecting business cards. Here’s what to do:
- Ask peers what their biggest operational challenge is right now. Listen more than you talk.
- Exchange contact info with at least three people from different dealerships.
- Take a photo or note a name whenever you hear the best practice you want to implement.
- Connect with speakers and product experts after their sessions. They’re there to answer questions.
- Follow us on LinkedIn before you arrive. Follow speakers and peers you meet so you can stay connected after the conference.
These relationships often turn into partnerships, problem-solving collaborations, and lifelong industry friendships.
Pro Tips to Maximize Your First PSC Experience
- Attend the Welcome Reception: This sets the tone and makes the rest of the conference feel less overwhelming. You’ll see friendly faces throughout the event.
- Eat with New People: Meals are not assigned seating. Some of your best connections will come from Wednesday breakfast with a stranger.
- Plan Your Follow-Ups: Before you leave, identify three to five people or topics you want to dive deeper into. Add them to your calendar the moment you get back to the office.
After PSC: Turn Learning Into Action
The first 48 hours back matter. Here’s your post-conference action template:
- Share with Your Team (Day 1): Schedule a 30-minute meeting with your team. Highlight one operational insight or product feature that will directly improve your workflow.
- Follow Up with Contacts (By Day 5): Reach out to at least three people you met. Mention something specific from your conversation or a topic you discussed.
- Implement One Best Practice (Week 1): Pick one idea from PSC and try it. It doesn’t need to be perfect. Small implementations create momentum.
- Provide Feedback: Fill out the PSC survey. Your feedback shapes next year’s conference and helps Procede continue to evolve.
As we celebrate 25 years of Procede, this conference is more than a networking event. It’s an investment in your dealership’s future. Don’t let the momentum fade. Share what you learned with your team, circle back to connections you made, and implement at least one new practice or product feature you discovered. That’s how PSC creates lasting impact, and how we collectively grow stronger together.
