From the Desk of Larry Kettler: Delivering Even More Value in 2024

February 20, 2024 —  2023 was an incredible year, and in 2024, we are building on that momentum. We’ve released Excede v10.4 and it is packed full of new features and enhancements across every dealership department. One of the things I most look forward to at the beginning of each year is connecting with leadership across our customer base during my annual CEO webinar. This year, during the What’s in Store for 2024 webinar, I’ll be sharing all the ways we are continuing to invest in our products. There is nothing we enjoy more than connecting with our customers in person, so thank you so much to everyone who stopped by our booth at ATD earlier this month. This year, we were honored to team up with Truck, Parts, and Service to co-sponsor the Truck Dealer of the Year award. We want to extend a hearty congratulations to all the finalists, including Procede customers Paul Burk, Executive Vice President of Doggett Freightliner, and this year’s winner, Katie Hopkins, President and CEO of Truck Centers, Inc.

We were also delighted to see three other Procede customers take the stage at ATD. It made for quite a special moment as we watched former Chairman of ATD & President of McCandless Truck Center, Scott McCandless, pass the gavel to the new Chairman of ATD, Scott Pearson, Dealer Principal of Peterbilt of Atlanta—with President of Affinity Truck Center, Kim Mesfin presenting!

Lastly, we are already hard at work planning the 2024 Procede Software Conference (PSC), so mark your calendars for September 16–18 at the Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter. Due to overwhelming demand, we are moving to a larger venue this year, but you’ll still be able to enjoy the downtown area on foot. We can’t wait to see you there!
