With the coronavirus pandemic sweeping the world and resulting economic turbulence ahead, it’s no secret that our industry is operating in an incredibly uncertain time. Despite the recent challenges, our team at Procede Software is maintaining full business continuity as we continue to support you—our dealership customers—without disruption.

Our company is extremely blessed to be in an industry that, while often under-appreciated and operating behind the scenes, serves a critical function as the backbone of our supply chain in both the United States and Canada. Without trucks on the road, and dealerships servicing these trucks, goods don’t get to where they need to go…period.

And, as we fulfill our role in the logistics ecosystem, I realize that we’re doubly blessed—not only are we in this incredibly resilient industry, but we’re also a technology company, which has made the transition to a remote workforce a somewhat seamless event.

In fact, when COVID-19 was declared a pandemic, our incredible leadership team made the decision to pivot to remote work, to allow our team members to take care of themselves and their families, all while continuing to take care of our customers; so you can rest assured that your business system will continue to support your dealership’s daily operations.

While these tumultuous times can be a challenge, we believe that every challenge presents us with an even greater opportunity. Accountability and transparency are two of Procede Software’s core values, so now is the time for us to ask ourselves, ‘How can I ensure that I’m being accountable and transparent?’ These unprecedented circumstances also enable us to determine how we can further scale our business, increase our efficiencies, and create an even better working environment. In this way, I believe that the current situation will only make our business stronger than ever before!

As always, feel free to contact me if you have any questions, comments, or concerns.

In best health,
