Earlier this year at the 2018 PSC, we introduced the concept of “Putting the Hammer Down” with a short clip from the classic movie Convoy. This term became a mantra for our company as we continued to accelerate our products and services over the course of the year. Eventually, it evolved to be physically represented through a Thor mannequin, who stands proudly in our office each day with a hammer in hand to subtly remind us of what we, collectively as a company, are working towards.

As we continue to focus on delivering you the best, we are fortunate to have a solid team behind the scenes who progress our products and services amid both challenges and opportunities. As the CEO, it is very gratifying to see the team’s collective commitment to excellence, and in turn we’ve been able to deliver more to our customers than ever before.

When I reflect on 2018 and the hard work our team has put into helping the company scale and meeting the needs of our customers, it feels exciting to end a successful year on a high note, with some huge announcements about the product to come at the beginning of 2019. Our hard work and energy we’ve put into creating something great will guide us towards the changes the company needs long-term as we start our next chapter.

As we close the year, we want to extend our gratitude to our customers, employees, and our Insiders.
