Customer appreciation and satisfaction may not be a concern for some companies, but at Procede Software, it’s our priority! We are 100% dedicated to our customers’ success… and as a wise trucking executive once told me…. well Larry, the proof is in the pudding.

We understand that business relationships are built on trust. Trust that we earn and maintain through our strong partnerships. At Procede, we want to hear your thoughts, visit you face-to-face, and learn from your feedback. By doing this, we are then able to further develop our products to better meet your needs while setting realistic expectations.

This process was reflected in our recent release of Excede v10 and the Excede API v2.0, both of which were enhanced based on your suggestions and have been helping our customers increase productivity in their dealerships. We will continue to use this strategy with future product releases to ensure every product we release benefits your business.

Another expectation we are confident we’ll fulfill is hosting the most rockin’ Procede Software Conference (PSC) to date, coming up quickly in September! At the 2019 PSC, we’ll deep dive into the enhancements we’ve made to Procede’s suite of products and discuss our exciting plans for the future. It’s an experience I am looking forward to and can’t wait to see many of you there!
