From the Desk of Larry Kettler: How We Drove Customer Success in 2019

2019 has been an eventful year here at Procede Software, and as I reflect on all we accomplished together, I can’t help but feel proud and once again extremely thankful.

We started off the year with a BANG with the launch of Excede v10 at the 2019 ATD show in San Francisco. The unveiling of this major update to our DMS was well-received, even resulting in a Silver Best in Biz Award for the Enterprise Software Product of the Year. I’d like to extend a special thanks to the members of our Insider Program for taking the time to pilot this new version at their dealerships and being an integral part of this successful product launch.

By the end of the year, we expect to have over 60% of our customer base running Excede v10, confirming that our customers continue to move forward with our company as we provide them with the tools they need to succeed.

Beyond delivering ongoing updates to our award-winning dealer management solutions, customer success continued to be a major focus at our company throughout the year. 16-year company veteran, Deanna Cocco, was promoted to Chief Customer Officer (CCO) to ensure that we continue to set the bar for customer support in the industry. Additionally, Cocco will help us scale our business across all departments as we meet the ever-increasing demand for our products and services in the heavy-duty commercial vehicle industry.

And last, but certainly not least, we were thrilled to host yet another sold-out Procede Software Conference (2019 PSC), where we rocked the Hard Rock Hotel in downtown San Diego with over 300 participants. Not only was the energy at the 2019 PSC incredible, but we also received a great response from our customers, who affirmed that we’re on the right track, that we listen to their needs, set realistic expectations and over-deliver as we move this incredibly fast-moving industry forward.

As we close out the year, we’d like to thank our customers, partners, and other industry professionals as they continue to help us accomplish more each and every day. And, there is more to come in 2020, as we have several big announcements coming at the 2020 ATD show in February in Las Vegas (Booth #314)!

Happy holidays and thank you for your continued partnership with Procede Software; we are so grateful in so many ways to have you as part of our business.
