From the Desk of Larry Kettler: Moving Fast, Listening Closely, and Delivering More Value Than Ever!

It’s been an exciting and productive first quarter here at Procede. As always, we have been laser-focused on delivering solutions that add value and drive measurable impact for your business. We have not only announced the general release of Document Delivery v2.0, but we’ve also introduced two new Certified Partner integrations—Billtrust and DocuPhase.

Building on that momentum, we have made two strategic staffing moves. Sharon Covitt is stepping into the newly created position of Vice President of Product Success, where she will lead the ongoing development and enhancement of Excede Additional Solutions, and we’ve hired Scooby Barbre as Senior Director of Business Intelligence, where he will oversee the continuous advancement of Excede Analytics.

More exciting news—registration is opening soon for the 2023 Procede Software Conference, which will once again be at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego’s Historic Gaslamp Quarter on September 13-14! This year, we’ve chosen “Come Together” as our theme to reflect our commitment to bringing together people from across the industry to collaborate for the benefit of your businesses and the ecosystem. It’s shaping up to be another incredible conference, and as always, we can’t wait to see you face-to-face!

We’ve also launched a new video series called “Why Procede?” so you can get to know more about our incredible team. Be sure to check out the first two episodes featuring Senior Vice President of Product, Eric Fortin, and Vice President of People & Culture, Nabyl Alvarez.

On a more serious note, a business systems provider in our industry recently experienced a ransomware attack, leaving some companies without access to their DMS for more than a week. Given the gravity of this event, I want to assure you that security remains our top priority. We understand that access to your DMS is critical to your ability to operate your business, and our approach to security, failover, and redundancy is designed to prevent extended disruption.

With this in mind, we recently launched a series of security-focused, on-demand webinars via Procede Learning, and we will continue to share best practices and information in the coming months.

Looking ahead, we will continue to keep our heads down, move fast, listen closely, and enhance our products and services in ways that drive real business value for your dealership.

Warm regards,
Larry Kettler
