From the Desk of Larry Kettler: Providing Value to Our Customers During These Challenging Times
As we kick off the last quarter of 2020, it’s remarkable to look back on the year and the changes that have come as a result of the unexpected global health pandemic.
Despite the many challenges that 2020 has brought, Procede Software continues to move forward as we support our current customer base and bring new customers onto our industry-leading dealer management system, Excede. I am proud to say that as a result of our experienced and dynamic leadership team, we have continued to manage our business incredibly well, while ensuring both our staff and customers are taken care of.
This past year has also given us the opportunity to increase our digital presence, as the world has gone virtual seemingly overnight. Though we were unable to meet our customers and other industry leaders in-person at the 2020 Procede Software Conference (PSC) this year, we have put together a fall webinar series to provide you with updates and information, so that you can get the most out of your business system and find ways to leverage your own data to drive performance at your dealership.
To kick things off, we hosted the first installment of our fall webinar series in support of the general release of Excede KPIs & Metrics with an in-depth demonstration of this new business intelligence solution. If you missed the webinar, we encourage you to view the recording on our eLearning Portal.
Each of our Procede-led webinars have been well-attended with over 100 attendees, so we’re happy to see that our customers are enjoying the increased visibility into our product roadmap, albeit in a virtual setting. Our next webinar will feature the upcoming launch of our core product, Excede v10.1, which offers countless new enhancements and workflow improvements; we hope that you attend.
At Procede Software, one of our core values is transparency, and because we’ve been virtual this year, as part of our fall webinar series I will be doing our first end-of-year company wrap-up. In this webinar, I’ll be sharing how Procede Software learned incredibly valuable lessons and applied them to our company, so that we can continue to serve our customers, protect our employees, and grow our business.
I wish you a safe, healthy and productive rest of the year ahead. Be on the lookout for the end-of-the year webinar invitation. And as always, if you have any questions, comments or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
In best health,
Larry Kettler
