From the Desk of Larry Kettler: Thank You for Serving the Trucking Industry During this Extraordinary Year

As we close out the last quarter of 2020, I am reflecting on how this past year has been incredibly educational for us all. 2020 brought unprecedented challenges to the heavy-duty trucking industry; despite this, our customers have been remarkably resilient, and we’re so proud to be part of an industry that is serving everyone during these extraordinary times.

At Procede Software, we believe that the most challenging of times bring the opportunity to find the most innovative approaches that positively impact your business. This year, we’ve learned that providing more remote services – across Education & Training, Customer Success, Implementation, and more – is integral to supporting our customers. That’s why in 2020 we delivered a record number of remote service offerings and webinars while maintaining the high quality of service that our customers have come to expect.

While we’ve had to evolve our service offerings, our Product teams have been hard at work advancing our product offerings as well. With the recent release of Excede v10.1, we have enhanced our industry-leading dealer management system to provide you with workflow improvements and efficiency gains that will save you both time and money, so that you can focus on running your dealership.

In addition, we spent this year advancing our business intelligence strategy with the release of Excede KPIs & Metrics, a key component of the Excede Analytics suite of business intelligence tools. With this latest release, we’re putting real-time, actionable data in your hands so that you can make better, more informed decisions for your business. Finally, this past year, we brought several new Certified Partners aboard, including Nvoicepay and Interstate Billing Service (IBS), further extending the functionality of our DMS and building a well-rounded partner ecosystem.

With all of these new developments, I would like to thank the Procede Software team for their tireless work. While the transition to remote work as a result of the global health pandemic may have been sudden and unexpected, it’s also caused us to stretch ourselves further than we ever have, so that we can come out stronger and more capable of serving this industry than ever before. I personally believe that here at Procede, we are growing the leaders of tomorrow in the heavy-duty trucking industry.

Though we’re looking forward to the close of this year, there will come a time when we look back fondly on 2020 from a business standpoint and realize that this experience has had a positive impact on our operations that will last for years to come. Pandemic or not, we will continue to passionately serve the heavy-duty trucking industry, while the industry serves everyone.

I wish you a safe and healthy holiday season and New Year ahead. As always, if you have any questions, comments or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Happy Holidays,
Larry Kettler
