Getting Started with Procede Help: Your Central Source for Procede Software Resources

Procede Help is your central source of truth for all Procede Software reference material and resources! The portal helps streamline workflows and saves you time, eliminating the need to navigate multiple platforms to find help and documentation.

  • Centralized Content: Access help files, articles, product documentation, release notes, videos, and more all in one location
  • Powerful Search: Find answers quickly with advanced search tools and metadata
  • Custom Features: Set up alerts for content, bookmark favorites, and build collections to work seamlessly with our vast content library
  • Easy Access: Any active Procede customer can create a free account to access the portal. Authorized users can also click the Support button to submit tickets

To get started, Single Sign On (SSO) lets you log in to Procede Help and integrated services using one set of credentials, providing secure, centralized authentication. 

How to Login 

To login, visit Help.Procedesoftware.com and follow the below steps:

  1. Access SSO: Click the green “Login with Procede SSO” button at the top of the Procede Help login page.
  2. Log In: Use your Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure AD) credentials or register a Procede account. 
    • If using Microsoft Entra: You will be prompted to login with your Microsoft credentials after you enter your work email address.
    • How to register if not set up with Entra: 
      1. Go to Help.Procedesoftware.com and click the green “Login with Procede SSO” button.
      2. Click “Register” below the sign-in box. 
      3. Enter your name, email, and password. 
      4. Click “Register”, agree to the terms, then click “Save.” 
      5. Confirm via email, and you’ll be logged in and ready to go. 
    • If you are unsure, try to login with your Microsoft credentials, and if that doesn’t work, register for a Procede SSO account.
