In an effort to provide exceptional support across all our products and continue to evolve our product and service offerings, we will be at the end of life for all legacy Excede versions from v9.17 and earlier on 12/31/2019. After 12/31/2019, questions or requests for help from dealers using v9.17 or earlier will no longer be supported by our Support team.
To find out which version of Excede is installed, click the Help menu and select About Excede. The resulting dialog will let you know the version you are currently using.
Our goal is to give you plenty of notice to plan for this upgrade so that you can continue to receive support from Procede Software to keep you successfully operational. If your dealership is currently running Excede v9.17 or earlier, it is highly recommended that you begin planning your upgrade to a newer version of Excede now.
To request an update to a newer version of Excede, please create a ticket through the Customer & Resources Portal and you will be placed in the queue (appropriate access required). Please note that self-led upgrades to the current version of Excede are free. Professional services consultants are also available if you need extra guidance for a nominal fee.
