SAN DIEGO, Calif. — January 12, 2023 — The Procede Education & Training Services team is pleased to announce the launch of our newly enhanced Procede Learning site! Procede Learning—previously called the eLearning Portal—not only has a new name, it also has a new look and a streamlined user experience. Whether you’ve been working in Excede for years or are somewhat new to it, Procede Learning is the place to go for ongoing training, including introductions to our products, tutorials, and instructional videos.
A Home Page Designed to Help You Find What You Need, Fast
Our goal for the updated site was to make it easier for you to find the courses you need, so we’ve reduced and reorganized the number of categories on the home page. We still offer all the same great courses, with new ones being added all the time, but we’ve set things up so you’ll only see courses that are relevant to your department and/or job title.
Here’s how to find what you’re looking for:
- Get to Know Excede has courses to help you build a solid foundation for working in Excede.
- Tips & Tricks has courses to help you level up your skills once you’ve mastered the basics.
- Become a Pro has courses for advanced users and covers more in-depth topics.
- Prepare for an Upgrade has courses to prepare you for new features in upcoming releases.
- Additional Solutions has courses to help you learn how to use products other than Excede.
- Partner Webinars has a library of webinars co-presented by Procede Certified Partners.
- My Courses shows you what courses you are already enrolled in.
- Excede Analytics Training has courses to help you master this business intelligence tool.
- Transcript shows how you are progressing on your learning journey.
- Course List provides a PDF list of every course available, including courses that you will not be able to self-enroll in. If you see a course you’re interested in, ask your dealership’s eLearning Administrator.
Keep in mind that if you’re looking for the old full course catalog or FAQS, they can now be found on the hamburger menu. Also, any courses you’ve completed are automatically hidden. If you want to show them, click the filter icon in the upper left corner of the My Courses and Catalog page(s).
