From courses that help your team navigate a new work environment, to an online User Community where you can chat with other dealerships on a variety of topics, read on to discover the many self-service tools available to you as a Procede customer. Business & Wellbeing Resources Courses: We are happy to announce NEW, complimentary education courses on the eLearning portal, now available to assist your company and employees during these uncertain times. Lessons cover such topics as Recognizing and Dealing with Stress, Staying Productive While Working Remotely, handling Conference Calls, and more! These courses are only available for a limited time (through June 30th), so be sure to spread the word and invite your team to take advantage of these extra resources. Training is available to any employee with an eLearning account. New Hire Resources: We encourage you to leverage our complimentary New Hire Checklist & Confirmation Sheets, available for download from our Customer & Resources portal, to ensure ALL of your employees are up to speed with recommended expectations for functional Excede knowledge. These guides provide clear, process-driven lists of tasks that not only guide onboarding for new Excede users but can highlight areas for advancement of existing users as well. eLearning Admin training: We now offer complimentary instructor-led training to customers who are in charge of managing their team’s access to the Procede Software eLearning portal! In this 45-minute session, eLearning Administrators will take a tour of the features and tools that are most relevant to them, enabling them to effectively manage daily tasks necessary for eLearning. New Admins will be able to enroll users in courses, check transcripts, run reports, and more. To schedule your session, submit a Support ticket on the Customer & Resources portal. Procede User Community: This online platform allows you to collaborate and consult with other Excede users on ideas, tips, and best practices to expand on knowledge across departments, OEMs, IT topics and more. Follow topics, create your own posts, pose questions, and receive and rate responses as you engage with colleagues and Procede staff in support of using Excede to the best of its ability. Help Files: As a reminder, our Help Files are available from anywhere in Excede, accessible from the F1 keyboard shortcut or the Help icon. These files will provide you with background information on the page or function that is currently in use, as well as links to related functionality or concepts. Additionally, the files are searchable, so that any information you need is always at your fingertips.
