Procede Software — Nabyl Alvarez Nabyl Alvarez Nabyl Alvarez joined Procede Software in 2012 as an Administrative Assistant and quickly transitioned to an Operations Coordinator role. She then went on to establish Procede Software’s Human Resources department as an HR Business Associate and has since been promoted to HR Manager. In her current role as HR Manager, Nabyl acts as a department leader and subject matter expert, ensuring that there is a strategic alignment between HR and the company’s overall business goals. This involves planning, implementing and evaluating HR policies, programs and practices, as well as maintaining and enhancing employee relations. What she enjoys most about her role is serving Procede Software team members, implementing new ways to improve HR operations, and collaborating with others across the entire organization. Nabyl holds a B.A. in Economics from San Diego State University. She also holds a certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
