2024 Procede Software Conference (PSC) FAQs

When and where is the Procede Software Conference (PSC)?
The 2024 PSC will take place from Monday, September 16th through Wednesday, September 18th, 2024, at The Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter located at 910 Broadway Cir, San Diego, CA 92101. This year, we’re going bigger and bolder, with a larger venue and an extra night added to the agenda.

When should I register?
The 2024 PSC has sold out. Please contact marketing@procedesoftware.com if you’d like to be added to the waitlist.

How much does it cost to attend?
The PSC registration cost is $995 per attendee. Participants are required to cover their own hotel, flights, and transportation costs.

Am I responsible for booking my own flight?
Yes, you will need to book your own flight. The San Diego International Airport (SAN) is approximately 4 miles from The Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter.

We recommend arriving early on Monday, September 16th to allow ample time to check-in to your hotel and explore Downtown San Diego prior to the Welcome Reception. The conference will end with a Closing Reception the evening of Wednesday, September 18th.

Am I responsible for booking my own hotel reservation?
Yes. The room block at The Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter has sold out. For additional hotel options located within a 5-minute walk from the 2024 Procede Software Conference, we recommend booking with The Westgate Hotel or The Bristol Hotel.

Can I extend my hotel stay?
Your hotel stay can be extended pending room availability. Please contact the hotel directly. You will be responsible for covering all costs for your room and incidentals. Please note, the room rate for extended dates may differ from the negotiated conference rate.

What is the conference cancellation policy?
Cancellations on or before August 13th, 2024, will receive a full refund of registration fees less a $25 processing and administrative fee.

Cancellations after August 13th, 2024, will receive a 50% refund of registration fees.

Cancellations after August 30th, 2024, will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note any registration canceled more than 30 days after the initial registration will be refunded in the form of a credit on a future Procede Software invoice.

Procede Software will not reimburse for travel or accommodations booked in conjunction with the conference. Attendees are responsible for canceling their own hotel and flight reservations and refunds will be subject to the rules of the carrier.

Is the facility handicap-accessible?
Yes. This hotel is committed to making their facilities, amenities, and services accessible to guests with disabilities. If you have any special requests, please contact The Westin directly and notify them prior to your stay.

What should I bring?
Please bring business cards, your cell phone and/or laptop, and any questions, new ideas, or suggestions for improvement.

Will there be Wi-Fi available for conference attendees?
Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available in the conference area.

What is the attire?
We recommend wearing Dealership Casual, which includes smart jeans and a collared shirt, or more upscale attire if you wish.

What is the After Hours Event?
Who doesn’t love an encore? We are thrilled to invite you to attend the 2024 PSC After Hours Party the evening of Wednesday, September 18th.

This non-hosted event will kick off at 8:00 PM at the House of Blues, located just two blocks from the Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter. Enjoy a night of live band karaoke, drinks, and entertainment to close out the 2024 PSC.

What is the Sportfishing Event?
Back by popular demand! Come aboard The Grande for an optional Sportfishing outing with members of the Procede staff and other PSC attendees on Thursday, September 19th.

Participation in the deep-sea sportfishing outing is $250 per person and includes a full day aboard The Grande, one of San Diego’s premier sportfishing vessels, fishing license, tackle, food & beverage, and shuttle service to/from the harbor. Yellow and Bluefin Tuna will be the primary target. Please note this event will run from 5:00 am-6:00 pm on Thursday (or possibly later, depending on conditions).

Are there restaurants near the hotel?
