After Pulse has been configured to communicate with Excede’s API, all requested work order dispenses will automatically be validated against Excede’s repair order database. When the interface is enabled, a dispense will only be authorized if the requesting technician adds a repair order in Excede.
Once an authorized fluid dispense has been completed, the dispensed fluid amount will automatically be updated on the repair order in Excede. This ensures all dispensed fluid is accounted for in Excede with minimal user intervention.
With this tandem approval functionality, you can comfortably manage exact work orders and share accurate data with other stakeholders quickly to improve scheduling, inventory, procurement, pricing and more.

With the Pulse dispense meter, technicians can enter pin codes and other data quickly on the heavy-duty meter’s large, intuitive display. Or, they can flash an NFC tag to the screen to get started – and all data is tracked directly to the meter, technician and work order.
