Larry Kettler, CEO
Larry Kettler has served as Procede Software’s CEO and visionary force since 2011. With experience covering all disciplines from corporate enterprise to consumer markets, Larry has a proven track record of delivering top-tier business solutions designed to meet the needs of any sized business.
Larry brings a blended skill set and unique perspective from a career spanning more than 25 years in the tech industry. With a contagious passion and an unwavering commitment to excellence, he consistently encourages staff and customers alike to grow and adapt with technology to realize their full potential.
Under Larry’s leadership, Procede has experienced significant growth, delivering faster and more efficiently than ever before. His strategic intuition, ability to forge sustainable partnerships and responsiveness to market trends have all been instrumental in Procede’s success as a leading DMS provider.

Deanna Cocco, Chief Customer Officer
Deanna’s deep knowledge of how dealerships run, and warm, personable style makes her a great choice to serve as Procede’s Chief Customer Officer. With visibility into a large cross section of teams, projects, and customer engagements, she helps the organization connect activities, ideas, and people to streamline work, triage issues, and ultimately, deliver greater customer value.
Deanna is one of Procede’s longest-serving employees: she joined the company in 2003 as an Applications System Consultant before moving to Implementation and Customer Relations Manager roles. She is passionate about helping her colleagues learn and grow and be recognized by customers for their expertise. Outside of the office, you might find her honing her growing passion for salsa dancing.
Deanna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from San Diego State University.

Robert Stockfleth, Chief Technology Officer
After joining Procede in 2003 as the Senior Database Administrator, Rob has since transitioned into various leadership roles including the Director of Product Development and Technical Services. Rob’s extensive background in software development and information system design spans more than 16 years and has provided a strong base for his ability to lead technical teams with knowledge and direction.
Rob currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer and oversees the technical architecture of current products, modernizes legacy applications and works closely with the Product Management team to devise strategies for implementing new features into Procede’s Excede.
Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University studying Computer Information Systems and Technological Entrepreneurship and Management.
Robert Stockfleth will be presenting at the IT Systems Admin and IT & Systems Admin Enhancements sessions.
Eric Fortin, Vice President of Product
A Procede Software employee since 2004, Eric started as an Applications System Consultant and quickly transitioned to a Process Consultant position. He was subsequently promoted to Manager of Professional Services and then to Senior Manager on our Product Marketing team. Most recently, Eric’s tenure at Procede and in-depth product knowledge led to a well-deserved promotion as the VP of Product.
Eric’s unique blend of interpersonal skills, problem solving ability, and industry experience make him an asset when it comes to designing and developing Procede’s executive level business intelligence strategy and products. He is also heavily involved in Procede’s API initiative, as well as OEM and third-party integrations and partnerships. In his current role, he works closely with the Product and Engineering teams and oversees the Project Management team.
Eric’s prior work experience includes construction, website design and a role as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Intuit.
Eric Fortin will be presenting at the following sessions: Product Solutions, Parts: New Features Part 1 & 2, Parts Department Enhancements, Product Roadmap, Barcode Scanning, & Distributor Breakout.
Sharon Covitt, Vice President of Implementation Services
With her impressive work ethic, strong communication skills, and legendary attention to detail, Sharon is well-suited to lead Procede Software’s Implementation. Her customers value her passion for both partnership and problem solving, and her colleagues benefit from her generous mentorship. She also has a well-earned reputation for fearlessly facing challenges to find the best path forward and believes there is always an opportunity to improve.
Sharon joined Procede in 2004 as an Applications System Consultant before moving into an Implementation Manager role. She is deeply committed to developing the next generation of female leaders and is one the San Diego Girls of the Run chapter’s longest serving volunteers. Being a mother is her greatest joy, and she looks forward to teaching her daughters how to implement the best DMS on the market!
Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science with a specialization in computing from UCLA.
Sharon Covitt will be co-presenting at Accounting New Features Part 1 & 2.
Bennett Whitnell, Vice President of Sales
Bennett has recently transitioned from Procede’s Director of Business Intelligence to VP of Sales and will be leading our sales team and go-to market initiatives.
Bennett is a long-time industry insider who grew up in the dealership world: prior to joining Procede, he held roles with leading commercial vehicle business advisory firms as well as cofounded his own boutique analytics consultancy.
Bennett holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Illinois Wesleyan University.

Marc Bernstein, Application Systems Consultant
A commitment to collaboration, both with his colleagues and customers, is one of the many strengths Marc brings to his role as an Application Systems Consultant on the Procede Software Implementation Team. Marc has more than 25 years of experience implementing software for enterprise customers to his credit, and has a well-deserved reputation for seamless transitions and ensuring customers are properly prepared when they go live
Marc joined Procede in 2020 and is a champion for the company’s team approach to customer service. His top priorities are listening to customers, learning about their business, and setting up Excede to help them succeed. Outside the office, Marc’s primary focus is on his family. He is also training his dogs to serve as volunteer airport ambassadors through the Ready, Pet, GO program.
Marc has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California.
