Procede Software is pleased to announce the general release of Decisiv Integration v4.5. Decisiv, a Procede Certified Partner, provides a suite of OEM-specific service relationship management solutions that help dealerships more effectively manage service and repair events. The integration enables information captured in Decisiv to be synchronized in Excede with a single click and eliminates the need for it to be manually entered.
Dealerships using the integration save time and improve the accuracy and efficiency of service orders by reducing duplicate entries and errors.
About Decisiv Integration v4.5
Enhancements in the new release give the dealer complete control over how Excede HrsBill vs. HrsFlat are updated from Decisiv and enable the Sales Parts Employee ID to be exported from Decisiv to Excede.
The release also includes updates related to Case Sync, dirty core information, order totals for orders with multiple iterations and software code optimization to streamline integration performance.
