Upgrade to Document Delivery v2.1

June 2, 2025 — Document Delivery is a solution designed to help dealerships send real-time emails to customers with copies of invoices and monthly statements. This system reduces the time spent responding to customer requests for email copies of documents and allows for customization of each customer’s email preferences. Dealerships can add email addresses, select the types of documents customers want to receive, and set preferred email schedules.

By converting to electronic delivery of their invoices, dealerships receive payments in a timelier manner and provide a contact-free method of payment to their customers.

In Document Delivery v2.0, we introduced powerful new features, including:

  • Embedded in Excede enabling a single authentication step and eliminating users needing to switch between applications.
  • Updated email send options including the ability to define multiple schedules and deliver invoices and statements as your customers need them.
  • Added features to diagnose unreceived emails including an updated view of emails sent, saved email history, the ability to easily resend emails, and configuration settings to adjust the duration of saved emails. Plus, more!

What’s New in Document Delivery v2.1

Document v2.1 introduces several new features and enhancements:

  • Document Delivery has a new look! The application now features an enhanced UI, improving the overall user experience.
  • Statement sending has many improvements to enhance speed and functionality.
