We are excited to announce the promotion of long-time employee Eric Fortin as the new Director of Product Strategy. Fortin began his career at Procede Software in 2004 and brings in-depth industry knowledge, an innate ability to solve complex problems, and a firm understanding of dealership operations.

In his new role, Fortin will help shape and drive our product vision and strategy while blending customer-centric principles with industry-changing innovation.

In addition to facilitating the execution of our product strategy, Fortin will also oversee Certified Partners, OEM relationships and the company’s Insider Program, a customer-first product feature enhancement program.
Fortin joins an experienced leadership team that has an average tenure of over 11 years with Procede Software, many of whom have advanced their careers with the company and within the commercial vehicle industry.
